1. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to independently enroll in our programs. Minors may participate only with explicit parental or legal guardian consent.

  • Account Security: When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Services and Educational Programs

  • AI Education & Film Production: Our courses and workflows provide training, framework modeling, and tech integration strategies. We provide tools to help build your skills, but we do not guarantee specific commercial success, financial earnings, or career placement.

  • Voice Lessons & Scheduling: Private or group vocal coaching slots must be booked through our designated scheduling system. Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-show policies are subject to the specific guidelines provided at the time of booking.

  • Media and Music: Digital music distributions, including wellness tracks or therapeutic classical collections, are intended solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment and self-care usage unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment, Subscriptions, and Refunds

  • Billing and Fee Responsibility: You agree to pay all financial fees associated with your chosen programs, subscription tiers, or digital products. All payments are securely processed through our authorized third-party billing gateways.

  • Airtight No-Refund Window: Due to the proprietary nature of our AI training frameworks, downloadable production blueprints, and the immediate reservation of studio time with our elite vocal and film instructors, all sales are final once a program commences or digital access is granted.

  • Voiding of Post-Launch Requests: Refund requests submitted after a live cohort begins, after an individual module has been accessed, or after a program has officially concluded are completely void and will not be honored.

  • Change of Mind or Schedule Conflicts: Refunds will not be issued for personal schedule changes, user technical incompatibility, change-of-mind scenarios, or uncompleted coursework. By registering, you assume full responsibility for attending the sessions during the designated program timeline.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Our Content: All materials provided on this platform—including website copy, curriculum modules, videos, design templates, AI operational structures, musical scores, and sound recordings—are the exclusive property of Game Changers Network or our licensors. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our training materials for personal educational purposes only. You may not distribute, resell, modify, or publicly display our proprietary content without explicit written permission.

  • Your Content: By submitting visual media, film files, project drafts, or audio recordings during your coursework, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, review, and critique your material solely for your educational progress and program support.

5. Acceptable Use and Community Standards

You agree to use our platform and participate in our community forums lawfully and respectfully. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Engaging in harassment, hate speech, or defamatory behavior toward instructors, staff, or fellow creators.

  • Sharing or uploading malicious code, viruses, or attempting to breach our website security systems.

  • Using our AI training frameworks or artistic assets to generate illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to our programs and network, without a refund, if you violate these community standards.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

  • "As-Is" Basis: Our website, tools, music, and educational services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

  • No Professional Advice: Educational content regarding business logistics, AI workflows, and music therapy (including references to the psychological or stress-relief benefits of classical music) is intended for informational and personal growth purposes only. It does not substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

  • Liability Limit: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Game Changers Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our platform or your inability to access our services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
